I purchased one or more videos from Sheila's Shop - when and how do I get them?

First of all, thank you for buying Sheila's Videos - you can download them right now!

This is what you do . . .

1) First, Return to Sheila's Shop Home Page [Click Here] and look at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

2) If you are still logged in, click on the words "Your Account" in the top right-hand corner.

3) If you are NOT logged in, (i.e. if you cannot see the words "My Account" in the top right-hand corner) click on 'Login' in the top right corner and sign in to your account with the email address and password you originally used to register, THEN click "My Account" in the top right-hand corner.

4) Click 'Order History' in the centre of the screen.  You will see a list of "Your Orders" and your recent order will appear there. *

5) Click on your order number in the left hand column.

6) You will see your [Download Here] links down the left-hand side of this page. This is where you download your videos.

7) One by one click on each of them.  (If you have several videos to download, it's probably best to only click one at a time.)

Each time you click a link, choose the "SAVE" option to save the video to your own PC so you can keep it and watch it as many times as you wish.

You have 48 hours to make your downloads and you may download each video three times within that period.  If for any reason you don't get them, email us and we'll reset the link so you have a further 48 hours and try to help you get them.  One way or another you WILL receive your videos - we promose!

* If you cannot see any orders, PayPal has not completed the payment for some reason.  You will not have been charged.  Check your PayPal account to see what the problem might be.
